Great, But

I've used TT for more than a decade but there are still some silly little annoyances. For instance, when a person has entered information that they are retired TT still shows as an error that an employer's information is not listed.

Turbo tax, so easy to use

I've used Turbo Tax for many years. It's always easy and straight forward. I feel confident using it. My husband passed away last year and I was worried that I would have to hire an accountant, I'm happy to say I gave turbo tax a try and everything went smoothly and I was fable to file our final return on my own. Thank you!

Turbo Tax walks you through every category to maximize your return! So appreciate all the detail. Appreciate the drop down boxes which provide explanations and details of the subject matter. Will be back again next year!

Ehh....Too many charges

I like Turbo Tax however I don't like paying $40 for a state return (which should include the efile charge) and then get charged another $20 to efile the state return.
