Turbo Tax has become less user friendly

Previous versions of Turbo tax had better graphics and was more user friendly. Optional videos at important steps would have been nice. More clear reference to the tax code would be helpful.

Turbo Tax is "Ok"...

For the most part, Turbo Tax does a fine job and is reasonably straightforward to use in the "Step-by-Step" method. However, I like to mail my state taxes in, rather than spend the extra money on e-filing those, and in my opinion the options for doing that could be presented up front in the step-by-step process to make is clear how to do that rather than focusing the Turbo-tax user into e-filing both fed & state taxes. As it is/was, I had to circle back to the start of the filing effort to change options to get to the mail in the state endpoint. No guidance is provided on using Turbo-tax in this manner and I know that Intuit could have made the process separable the first time through, rather than depending on the user to more-or-less guess or experiment as to how to have the software reach the end point of an e-filed fed return and a mailed state return.

Only issue was due to IRS changes I had to do the form twice due to an import issue.

It tell you and walk you step by step how to file your income taxes. It will also correct your error and mistake when you are filing. I would use this program again next time.
