Generally very good

I've been using Turbo Tax for many years. My only complaint is that I wish there were an APP to use offline.

Pretty Good, but...

I had part of the return that were difficult. Form 8686, Non-deductible Traditional IRA. There was not good information, regarding basis. The help function didn't help. The Schedule F Farm is not good, very confusing, and again Help was useless. It was also difficult to get Turbo Tax on a disk.

Have used Turbo Tax for years.
My taxes require Itemizing deductions and Turbo tax helps me all the way.

TurboTax, Easy and Quick

Had all my tax info ready and it only took 2 Hours to enter all the info step by step. The tax questions asked, ensured I entered all my income and deductions so I know I received the best refund possible.

A Little Difficult

My California State Tax Return was rejected, due to TT's software (in an email). I found it very difficult to find the proper place to be to take care of the problem.
