Turbo Tax was awesome for the first 30 years I use

TT is forcing people to use the slow interview method.

I expected a 40 charge and it went to 125 and then 180. I do not anything but the programs. I read the notes but no one spoke to me

There were a lot of issues with the software

Downloading the application was rough. It kept trying to run updates and I had to try several times before I got it done. The filed State taxes was rejected because of the software application issues. So I had to resubmit after a software update and it delayed my refund.
