I have been using Turbotax for more than 20 years. This year was the first time that I have had any problems. only a couple of programming glitches, but it took me a month to get my taxes done, which I usually do in a couple of hours.

No, we do not. If this error message prevented me from filing, then this would be a 1 STAR review. Our family has been with TurboTax for over 25 years. We use TurboTax to "Quickly" and "Easily" file our family taxes. If we troubleshoot with a tax advisor or customer service rep, then TurboTax is no longer valuable to our family.

TurboTax is great on a CD with one minor exception

The only part of the program on CD that irritates me is asking for the state return info when I don't have state income tax. I know that it's in there probably to simplify and reduce the cost of producing the CD. I guess if I downloaded the software version, you probably have it just for federal or federal/state. I live in TN which has no state income tax. That's the only thing about the program on CD that irritates me. If your software writers could modify the program with a page that asks if you have a state income tax...YES / NO and then proceed with the proper choice. I don't want to be nitpicky, but it's 2021 and I'm sure that could be incorporated into the CD version.
Pros: My employment status changed this year
