1st time i've had difficulties

Had difficulty uploading file. Was never able to upload previous year's file so I could compare side by side. Had difficult paying by credit card for audit defense and other fees - link did not work. Finally gave up and said just to deduct from return

Purchased software at store. Website they say where to go to; isn't where it sends you to.
