A sure way to make a painful process less so!

I've used Turbo Tax for years and can't imagine ever going back to doing it on my own. The software holds your hand throughout the process and the only way you could possibly screw it up is if your cat walked across your keyboard.

I had a terrible time this year

I had a terrible time this year as the bottom of some pages were below the bottom of the screen and I could not scroll up or down to get at the "continue button". I had to exit the program, reenter and redo some parts.Very Annoying

Turbo Tax saves time

Automatically reads information from previous year and takes you step-by-step through the filing process, saving a lot of time. There are, however, some disconnects in that I needed to call up my previous year's return in order to get information which should have been already read in.

Saves me time and money going to a tax preparer. i have been using turbo tax for years and am very satisfied. It is very easy to use and guides you through all the steps needed to file a correct return. Thank you Turbo Tax!
