I only use TurboTax

Turbo Tax 2021

I use to like Turbo Tax, but this year is harder to work with and hard to get answers to problems.

Year to year reliability

Been using TurboTax for 8 years now. I'm have never questioned that I filled everything out correctly and did not miss any deductions. It has the option to work on your own or go step by step. I personally use step by step so nothing is missed(on my part!)
