TurboTax Forever!

I love the way TurboTax walks me through all the categories of income, expense, taxes, etc. It makes it so incredibly easy to do my taxes myself. I also love the E-file feature; it makes everything so quick and easy, including getting my refund. I only regret that they keep requiring me to upgrade my operating system.

Horrible this year!

Running product on Windows 10 from on-line download; very difficult to activate product; spent 2 hours on the phone with Dell support thinking it may be my computer -- it was not. Software is horrible this year. Then when I got to the end to E-file my state return, this would not even process a payment -- so my state got mailed this year; done with your product !

Sometimes confusing

I've used TurboTax for years, and one thing that has confused me is the deductions for Traditional and Roth IRAs. Please add a note that this section is for contributions that are not made through your employer....eg, not already accounted for on the W2.
