easy to use once you get it loaded

had difficulty loading my CD, but after completely shutting down, rebooting my computer I finally got it to load. No problems after it loaded. I have Windows 10 & understand that others with Windows 10 had the same problem.

Confusing

I bought the software but when it came time to file, it would not let me use my credit card unless I signed in to the Turbo tax regular sight so had to pay an extra 40! On top of the 20 for state. NOT HAPPY!!!

Turbo Tax is Great!

I have used Turbo Tax for quite a few years and find it easy to navigate. I love the "Learn more" boxes that explain in detail what each item means and who is eligible to use the item. I never worry about inaccurate returns. The It's Deductible feature is invaluable for handling drop off items to charities. I am assured that the values are realistic and acceptable--not guesswork.

I have used Turbo Tax for a long time. It seems to get more difficult every year. I think, that someone that is a "regular guy user" needs to preview the product before it is released to the public. I had trouble signing up for the Tax Audit because your product would not easily let me change my Credit Card number...I had to call the number to change it manually. Also, as I am Clergy, I cannot file electronically because your product does not have a way to attach the Clergy Worksheet...We, the Clergy, need you to fix this so we do not have to file my mail...please! Thank you for your product!

You are never lost with Turbo Tax

Turbo Tax led me like a GPS. All you need do is to follow instructions and in no time, you are done with your taxes. It does all the calculations for you. It even lets you know if you are missing or forgetting a deduction.

I have used TurboTax for the past 4 years and have been extremely happy with my results. The process to fill out the forms and make sure I have all the forms I need is extremely easy. I feel confident in my return.
