TurboTax was fine even though the tax laws and regulations promulgated in 2017 added new levels of complexity to the process

Trouble this year

Have used TT for >15 years and this is the first time had significant issues. Downloading updates was impossible and the only solution was to uninstall and reinstall; REPEATEDLY. Have always recommended TT but now having doubts. Also, using the web site was difficult so I purchased from another vendor.

Easy to understand as am walked thru the entire process. Very helpful showing what was entered the previous year. Audit feature is wonderful.

Turbo Tax - Comes through each and every year.

I have been using Turbo Tax for numerous years. I continue to let the tool take me through each tax situation just to ensure I don't miss anything. The tool is easy to navigate and directs me with additional information if needed. I am totally organized and have all my documents ready at tax time, It feels good to know I can count on Turbo Tax to finish the process for me each and every year.

Love how Turbo Tax takes its time to walk you through each section. Many times when I'm formulating a question, I notice suddenly the program has already answered it for me. For example, when it identifies two or more easily confused terms....and comforting you that specific information will be asked later on. You're the best of the best of the best! Thank you Turbo Tax! :)
