Turbo Tax Easy To Use

I am a long time user of Turbo Tax from 20 plus working years and into 10 plus years of retirement. Turbo Tax has always been easy to use and understand helping us get through all kinds of tax situations. We could always rely on Turbo Tax to cover all our tax deductions and get all the refund as permitted by tax law.

Turbo Tax is so easy to use.

The step by step guide makes doing your taxes easier than ever. Answer a few questions and you're on your way. You can import half, if not all of your paperwork needed right to turbo tax and it auto fills everything for you. The more you use it, the more it remembers about you and the less work you have to do the next time you use it.

I love using turbo tax! I save so much by using Turbo Tax. I even get more deductions asked about then I did going to tax places.

Easy to navigate

Straightforward, with excellent help feature. Accessing Help is specific to the page one is on. The look-ahead to estimate next years need for 1040-ES is too cryptic. You're asked to enter Other Income, but nowhere does it tell you what to include. In the 1040 portion, Other Income is rather limited. In the look-ahead portion, it's almost everything. Turns out, I'm guessing you need to include everything in Other Income, except W-2 and Capital Gains. TurboTax should break out the elements of Other Income. Also, it's not necessary to prevent cut and pasting of passwords and user ID's. TurboTax requires one to type in everything, when cut and paste would be much more efficient.Typing in a 26 character password, with upper, lower, numbers and special characters, without the ability to see the characters (you only see bullets), is painful and aggravating. Getting it right took me 3 tries. These are relatively minor issues, but they're unnecessary aggravations in an otherwise good product.
