5 Rejects-Can't Find "Fix My Return" Button

Filed Married Joint Return but TT want's me & my wife's AGI's also wants the our PIN's. Went on IRS and verified our 2019 single AGI we have. We used our PIN's used last year. This is the worst filing experience I have had in 60 years. We talked to a TT Agent but still unable to e file. After paying more we have gotten less and now we have to mail our return. This has been the worst and time consuming experience ever.

I have used TT for years. As a reired CPA, I rely on them to keep me up to date on tax law changes. the questionnaire is great and suggests any new areas that need to be consideered. Well worth the money

The Turbo Tax experience is fine, till I get to the file steps. I always have a really hard time e-filing my State return, so I end up mailing it
