E-File Didn't Work

No matter what I did, after 16 years of use, the e-file refused my PIN. Now, for the first time ever, I'm mailing my filing. No clue at what the issue was but it's an issue that resulted in a paid service not being provided. It should be a zero star rating as I paid for e-file.

R\esetting Password

I had trouble resetting my password. The program seemed it was going in circles. I would reset it and then it told me my password was invalid, even though I did what was said. Also I had to pay $20 to send my state taxes by e-filing them. I thought this was included in the cost I paid for both federal and state taxes.

Turbo Tax can be be a bit confusing

Turbo Tax can be be a bit confusing if you have situations such earning income in one state while residing in a different state. Intuit could offer more clarity/ examples for major metro center residents ie NYC/NJ/CT.

It didn't let me easily opt out of putting in W-2 forms. I don't have any since retired but I didn't have an option to say I didn't have any to start with.
