easy to use

turbo tax is easy to install and easy to use, it covers all the topics we need. our taxes are fairly basic so i was done in about an hour and a half. we have been using turbo tax for the last 10 years and have never had any problems.

Software great, Account Recovery not so much

Software is great, but if you had an account with Turbo Tax before, you have to jump through hoops to get it recovered. Including sending a picture of your driver's license. I understand security, but in about a business day, my request was denied. Wanted me to start all over again. And you CAN'T call in to resolve it either. I came back to Turbo Tax after 5 years, and I was supposed to remember all that 5 years ago...a lot changed.

Quick and easy

Was easy and quick to use except for the state efile confirmation number. Had to and left number for call back. Paige the turbo rep helped quickly with that.
