problems this year

Have used TurboTax over two decades and this is the first year I have had trouble loading it. First CD didn't work, bought second disk thinking the first was corrupted but same thing with disk # 2. Downloaded from net and it finally worked but with a lot of effort. Had state e-file denied and had to re-load TurboTax again to correct state. Hope this is a one time problem.

TERRIBLE e-filing instructions!!!

Terrible instructions with regards to e-filing! Continually got IRS reject messages because of incorrect AGI or PIN. The AGI is the same as what was on my 2019. The IRS PIN, I made one up as Turbo Tax suggested. I have NEVER filed on line; I have mailed in for the past 48 years! I do NOT have an IRS PIN. Turbo Tax e-filing is terrible!!!! Never again!!!

Turbo Tax Makes It Easy

My husband has done our taxes for years using Turbo Tax. Sadly, he passed away in 2020 and I had to do the taxes myself this year. Turbo Tax made it easier for me as it pulled information from previous years and guided me along. Since I was nervous about if I had done everything correctly, I spoke with a Turbo Tax expert and she assured me that everything looked good and I was ready to file.
