2020 Turbo Tax

Everything was fine except a lot a questions on owning and running a small business from my home. Very frustration and time consuming because I don;t have or run a small business. I am retired since July 2019.

Installation problems were extreme

After using Turbo Tax for at least 20 years this has to be my worst experience. The installation of the software was difficult. I had to close my virus program to even get it to install. Then it kept updating the program even after it had just updated. During Smart Check it would tray to update the program and go into a loop of updates that never completed. Finally removed and reinstalled the program. Then it wanted me to buy the state program even though my software was to include 1 state. After restarting the computer and running Turbo Tax again it suddenly started working properly. It was a bad experience.
