Turbo Tax faults

Turbo Tax insisted that I fill out W-2 informatiion. I am a retiree and don't have W-2 forms or information. All of my financial data is on 1099s. Turbo Tax repeatedly asked for W-2 information even up to E-filing I was instructed to complete W-2 information. This is a serious problem and wasted much of my time working around the problem. I have used Turbo Tax for many years and this year's program is terrible. How do I contact Customer Service???

Would like much more help with (1) ACA (Obamacare) Forms 1095-A and 8962.and (2) gift tax Form 709 gift tax return. Don't know why these are not addressed or sparse on details. Also, after all these years, can't TurboTax provide a way of estimating next year's (e.g., 2020) taxes, and can't it provide a way to maximize/optimize my return by allowing me quickly to see how "what it" changes in my IRA and HSA contributions might better offset taxes on dividends, Obamacare premium subsidies, and other tax variables?

Turbo tax is thorough and easy to use

I've been using Turbo Tax for years and have never had a problem, It's thorough in checking for deductions. It's a very simple program to use even if your not "tech savvy".
Pros: My employment status changed this year
