Horrible this year because of MS and NC

We have used Turbo Tax every year. This year no confidence in the filing process. I had to keep going back because of wording. I am completely aggravated with the entire process. North Carolina and MS were horrible with the wording. The only saving grace no errors hopefully I got back all I could not feeling confident that I got everything back like in past!

I am disappointed with TurboTax software 2020

I have been tagged as a business owner. I do not have a business. I suspect that because I receive a gas royalty I have been considered a business owner. I cannot find a way to clear this matter up. It is giving me a deduction or charge I don't want and have never had!!!!! Please help me with this matter.

why am i asked to pay intuit for using the tax when i have payed for the disk in order to use the tax and it said that the tax is free but when i try to e-file it will not let me unless i pay .

Took about 2 hours to get everything done, since I have been using TurboTax for the last decade or so to do our taxes. It handled our tax situation with ease. Highly recommend if you don't have tax situations that are not too complicated, or if you're not afraid to go through it and gain some new knowledge at the same time.
Pros: I moved, I bought or sold investments
