Love using TurboTax but....

The program is usually very easy to use, however, I downloaded this year's version and started my return. Ran into several problems and had to call support. Even though the program installed all updates, it missed one and the program kept freezing. Support was super helpful and fixed the problem, but it took an hour to do it. The update upon installation should have included this update. 1st time I have run into a problem like this using this software.
