Not Happy

I brought this software probably for the last 8 to 10 years. This year has been the worst experience I have had. When I went to file my state which should have bee free, I was charged $20 for it. I did not have the code. That code should automatically come through for the first state filing. After that it should not work. So now I paid for the software thinking I would get one free state filing but ending up paying $20 on top of paying for the software. I am definitely considering now using this software again. Totally disappointed!

TurboTax is easy to use and easy to file. It takes about 30 mins to complete, if your prepared.

I have used Turbo Tax since the '90s, and this was the worst year for getting to the actual program. I purchased online and won't do that again. Will continue with hard copy of the CD in the future
