I found some statements confusing and incomplete. I did use one of your experts to help me remove a property tax. She did a great job. The online suggestions did not work with the instructions given.

Turbo Tax was great.

Filing was easy with one exception. I cashed in a group of EE Bonds and my bank did not send a 1099-INT form and Turbo Tax did not have a line item for that. I called their 800 number and with the help of Mary, we resolved the issue.

I have used TurboTax for 10 Years and it always has been easy to use to complete years of returns without fail. The guidance has been expert and on point. Even for a non-tax professional like myself.
