Turbo tax is very user friendly

Easy and Helpful

I like the thoroughness of TurboTax and the ease of use. Also helpful is the downloading of previous years' info to save time in completing again. I'm glad TurboTax does the math for me. I have been using for at least ten years and have not had a problem in that time.

One annoying aspect of Turbotax

It would be SO GOOD if you could fix the forms so after you have completed one section, it would pick up where you left off instead of going back to the top of the page. That's the only annoying thing about this program. Thank you.

The program is excellent but delivery method stink

The program is excellent but the delivery method stinks. I purchased the CD version and kept getting installation failures. I was finally forced to download the program from the Website but trying to find how to do that was a maze. I had to hunt and peck around the account information screens to find it. User Interface stinks you need to fire your User Experience Vendors you hired that designed the website.

Screen resolution issue

The product registration and efile payment screens don't work with the resolution of my laptop. I had to change the resolution to 1360x768 to get it to work.
