keep each year or you're screwed!

It is easy and affordable, as ever. However, if you believe they save past year's return anywhere but your PC, you are wrong. They say to use the same login info each year to access past information, but this is wrong. We have a new PC and cannot access last year's AGI to e-file. TurboTax's help cannot help use, either.
