Great product

I usually complete my own taxes, but do selling a second residence in another state I decided to try Turbo tax this year to help with the complexities. It made me feel more comfortable filing and reassured with the extra forms I needed to fill out & file.

Turbo Tax makes Tax time more difficult

When I went to file my State tax, Turbo Tax tried to get me to pay for my store bought program again. I had a terrible time trying to get this straightened out.

I have used TT since 2012 and every year since. Its easy to use and asks all the necessary questions. I used to to them by hand the long way but now TT. Thanks

Make Sure Your Computer is Updated

I am very familiar with using Turbo Tax and because I didn't have a CD-Rom drive in my new laptop, I had to purchase the download version. The state portion updated but the federal portion did not. I kept getting an error 1603 and once I googled what to do. I updated my windows laptop and repaired, uninstalled, and reinstalled Turbo Tax 2020, then it worked correctly. Just took a while for me to figure out what to do. Sarah
