TurboTax Is Great!

I had a little problem with my TurboTax file on my computer. A tech rep named Rachel helped me and stayed with me until the problem was resolved. She wen above and beyond! I had received notification that my state return was rejected and when I went into the file, it had disappeared. Of course, I panicked. She resolved the problem but it had appeared that I was going to have to pay for the eFiling of my state return again if though Rachel had entered an order showing $0.
I called back and was connected to a tech rep named Margie. She helped me and I was able to re eFile with no charge. Both of these agents were great! Because of them, I will stick with TurboTax!

Need hwlp - not friendly to your help questions

When I tired to obtain information of foreign tax credits, I could get absolutely no common sense information and finally gave up.
When I went to the page to print a copy of my retirn, I hit print. The I went to preview and could never get the coy of my return printed. Why do you hve "Print" if you dont't want us to print it?????

Always dependable and up to date on all tax fronts. Used to do it by the Tax Man, but now TurboTax is the go to tax prep.

Turbo Tax Excludes Info

State of AZ printed, what it called 1 - 5 pages, I got/it displayed pages 1-3. There was no Sched A Fed included for AZ. Still no line item review of AZ State 140. Thank you for your time.

Glich marred excellence

E filed Federal return twice. Both times rejected, due to 2019 AGI differing from IRS records. Contacted IRS. Their tax return transcript numbers matched ours. IRS representative suggested I contact Turbo Tax regarding apparent glitch. Opted to mail return to avoid even more delays. Major disappointment.
