Your Va. state software issue was a mess

Used turbo tax last 10 years, this software issue had poor instructions as how to correct. Not sure I will use Turbo Tax next year.

I really enjoy using Turbo Tax CD deluxe download. It come with one free state. I get great customer service support when I have questions. Very users friendly program.

Beware of the refund processing fee

Completing was pretty simple and quick. Only issue was the Refund Processing Fee of $40. If you pay the state filing fee out of your return, the $40 dollar RFP shows up. Took me a while to figure out how to remove it. Just go back to the payment options and pay for the state fee with your credit/debit card. Really ridiculous to pay $40 to process a $20 charge! Otherwise, worked just fine.

Fast and Easy

I have been TurboTax for years. It lets you choose how you want to do your return. It askes all the right questions. Very easy to use.
