Signing on to the website is an ongoing nightmare!

I have loved using turbotax for years, but it seems every year there is always a problem at the end that always seems to squeeze more money out of me. I wanted to pay by card to avoid the extra $40 charge, and I couldnt sign in. I changed my password and submitted and it came back with a message that basically said having trouble, and that was it. So I tried to sign on again with the new password, and it says its wrong, used the old one and it said its wrong, I STILL can not sign in, Next year if I can find a better option, I'm taking it!!

Turbotax is indispensable

I have been using Turbotax for a number of years and am very satisfied with the program. Entering information with the help of prompts makes the chore of filing easy. I seem to have a unique problem with the final steps dealing with the actual filing and paying for the service. It is difficult to get help.

Good As Usual a few confusing spots

I was able to use in a flowing matter as usual. This year a few errors that there did not seem to be any assistance with in the process. Told W-2c coming, but didn't say why or from which employer. Error for Form 2210 that I had no clue and nothing to point me to where it was in the process!! I had to research and figure out myself.

Thorough

As always provides accurate results. It would be nice to have the ability to take the state filing charge out of the federal refund without having to pony up $45 in addition to the $20 state filing charge. Especially since my state refund was $61.

James 2020 Tax Return

Not happy that the system won't let me e-file after I completed all of the bank, State ID, and pin information. Then when I printed off the returns, the bottom of the state form 40 and Schedule A is missing. It won't let me go back and try to print the individual forms. Therefore, I'll have to get the state form and fill it out. I didn't have a printing problem last year, but I've only been able to e-file one time.
