Using Turbo Tax 2020 was great.
They immediately contacted me when a state tax change required me to resubmit and provided me with full information on resubmitting.

It's bad enough that the Fed & State Tax rules change every year, but I wish TurboTax would not change its tool. Every year is a learning experience!
