Disappointed after Many Years of Excellent Product

I made many calls to get the $1800 Affordable Care credit off my 2020 1040 return. I did not qualify. TurboTax used my 2020 income when it should have used my 2019 income. I followed the work arounds that I was given and thought that my 1040 was correct. I printed out a copy at it was correct, showing a refund of $6408. When I reprinted another copy after I emailed I noticed that the $1800 AC credit was added back in giving me a $8208 refund. I spent many hours on my taxes and they are wrong and my refund will now be delayed. I am very disappointed in a product that I previously loved using and recommended highly.

Love Turbo Tax
