Very Complete, easy to navigate, and efile simple

Been a user for ten years. Never had any issues with filing tax return. Audit defense is good to have if you don't really have time, knowledge, or energy to respond to IRS letters. Received one once and let Turbo handle it.

Time and talent saved

I had a problem getting everything right the first time, but Turbo Tax allowed me a second time to fill out a second filing which went smoother.

We had been paying a lot for our taxes to be prepared when we were still working. The tax situation has become simpler so we tried our hands at TurboTax and we really saved a lot while feeling confident that calculations were accurate.

HATE that this year it's only PC or MAC, not both

I've been using this program since the mid-1980s (it was Mac-n-Tax back then). I've always bought one copy of TurboTax and used a PC to do my taxes and a MAC to do my kids. This year I can still load it on another computer but has to be the same kind, PC or MAC - STUPID!!!
