Easy until you need online chat

I filed both Federal and State in January and then recently I received an email that my state return was rejected. Of course there's no link in the email to fix it and trying to get to it on the website is futile as was the chat with Darrell who never came back to the chat after asking for a few minutes. Everything had to be done through my app.

Turbo Tax is great

This was my first time using Turbo Tax and it was a pleasure to use. It was easy as you went through the steps, quick and very thorough. Very easy to edit and many chances to double check your entries. I will continue to use this every year!

Great then not so great!

As in prior years, easy to use. It lead me through each step and filed Federal and Sate quite easily. The Fed. was accepted but the State was not. The TurboTax (TT) message said that there was a problem in the TT program and it would fix it and re-file. However, it seemed to lead me in circles and after more than an hour finally re-filed the state return. One other suggestion: When entering data such as income, as you are done with each item it sends you back to the top of the list of entry types and you have to scroll down to the next one you need. I think it should bring you back to the one you just finished so you can just move on instead of searching for your last subject
