Unexpected Bug

There was bug in the program where I could not manually edit my deductions. Instead of the proper screen appearing, there was only a blank screen. I eventually found reference to a reported problem and I waited until the 2nd week of February before I could finish doing my return. Calling the help line only confirmed what I had read about this known fault.

Turbo Tax is My Private Accountant

Very easy to do tax with the software and help one phone call away. Save me $ and do my own tax. An accountant charged me to do my tax, afterward I purchased turbo tax and had the same result with less headache

Couldn't file without TurboTax!

Last year was a year of changes for us. It was my first full year of retirement and we moved to a different state. Turbotax made filing returns for two different states as painless as possible. I've been using TurboTax for decades and I honestly don't think I could file my taxes without it!
