TTax is Tried & True

I have used TurboTax since the days of DOS. Started using it when an ''accountant'' made a $4000 mistake & then charged me to fix it after I caught it & told them about it. Yeah, since then. Works great with financial software, Quicken & others I have used over the years. I'll use it every year.

I have used TurboTax for years. It just gets better with each year. I definitely use the step by step walk through for guidance. Very pleased and so easy to use.

Easy to use, but was not happy there was a problem with Turbo software and I had to go back in to my return and fix what your software had originally missed for the State of California. But was an easy fix

TurboTax 2020

I continue to return to TurboTax because as a self-employed/1099 employee, it is usually simple to find places for my deductions and fill in the proper numbers where needed. This year, though, I had a problem with TurboTax auto-filling in numbers that I didn't know where they came from, and I received no real explanation where the numbers came from, or how to fix it.
