TurboTax does good

I thought the Capital Gain questions were vague for selling real estate. Had to enter multiple times to see what TurboTax was doing with the numbers. Would have been better off just filling out an 8949 form. Also ran into strange TurboTax behavior trying to pay with credit card for state return.

Pay Twice!

After BUYING your software package in a store to include one state, why do we have to PAY an additional charge for you to e-file for that state? We could have e-filed our Federal return for free WITHOUT buying your software. We bought your software to file with the state, yet you won't allow it without us paying you EVEN MORE MONEY!

I have been using Turbo Tax for many years, and it makes filing taxes easy for anyone! Regardless of the forms and schedules needed to file, Turbo Tax walks me through everyone I need.
