Why did I have to re-file? Nothing changed or could you tell me what was the Turbo Tax error that you mentioned in email.

Turbotax is not awesome

Preparing taxes were simple - then return was rejected by IRS. Spent HOURS trying to figure out why. Spent 1.5 hours on the phone with customer service to find that Turbotax inserted a form that was not supposed to be used in our submission. We will see if our return is accepted now. Customer service had excellent customer service skills, but the software needs to be fixed.

I have been a long term user of trubotax. It is simple and formatted so both a novice or a professional can use it. I prepare all my family taxes, with deluxe version I can do 5 returns. So it is also cost effective.
