Disappointed with 2020 Taxes

I filed my taxes early only to get the state rejected because of a "glitch" in the software. I updated the software and refiled. Hopefully it will be accepted this time.

Like Turbo Tax, but...

Turbo tax takes for ever to load - 33 minutes just to get to be able to work on it! Other than that, I've used it for at least 7 years.

turbo tax can be somewhat confusing sometimes

had to change the source of my pension for NY state to accept the exclusion and file the return. the only source that was acceptable was U.S. gov't even though I was a N.Y. county employee.

Easy to follow the steps to completing all of the forms necessary for me to file my tax returns but I'm extremely frustrated that I had my state return rejected due to a software error by Turbo Tax.

Does the job well

Works great but had a small problem. Had a loss of 3 cents on an account and return would not proceed. Went back and changed the loss to 1 dollar and it went through. IRS will not take anything that is not a full dollar amount. Don't know how you'll address this.
