turbo tax makes adding somethings hard and it makes you pay extra to file the taxes even after you buy the program, and it makes you pay for the state tax filing. PA's tax site lets you file for free

Disappointed

Because of a Turbo Tax software bug on a basic element of a 1099-R, my state return was rejected. The instructions to correct and re e-file were cryptic at best and I doubt it will be accepted this time either. This is exact same 1099-R e-filed the last 4 years using Turbo Tax. VERY DISAPOINTED!

I always double check any figures that look weird as I'm working thru Turbo Tax and after reading IRS publications I always find that they are correct. I've used this product for years and it has never failed me.
