Doesn't tell me where the mistake is -refiling

I thought everything worked as planned and then I received an email telling me my state return was rejected. IT NEVER SHOWED ME WHERE THE MISTAKE WAS SO I COULD CORRECT IT AND REFILE. I'm not a mind-reader.

I use to pay more then 100 dollars for someone else to do my taxes. I decided to learn on my own with Turbo Tax. It was easy to use the software. This is my 3rd year using turbo tax. I never had an issue with returns, until today. My heart dropped when i received an
e-mail stating my taxes weren't accepted by the state. Luckily, it wasn't anything to be concerned about. It was not accepted because the software needed updates. All I had to do was log back in and resubmit. Easy!

NEVER AGAIN!! SYSTEM GLITCHES!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT AND CPA VERY KIND AND KNOWLEDGEABLE BUT ISSUE STILL NOT FIXED
