Most user friendly interface out there!

I have worked with personal and business taxes for over 40 years. Turbo Tax is very thorough. There are a few tweeks needed for some one not familiar with tax law. The experts should be able to answer any questions. For example, not all w2's have control numbers because the payroll software used by the preparing institution don't always require it. There should be a pop up explanation when this query is not populated. overall, an excellent product!

Safe and Easy

I don't like going to a tax person I don't trust. Turbo Tax allows me to easily do taxes in my own home. It takes you step by step so no mistakes are made.
