Turbo Tax and easy to use. As long as I have my documents organized the process is very quick each year
Pros: My job status changed this year (switched jobs, lost a job, got a raise or promotion)

Was quick and efficient. If I had to give feedback it would just be some side links with better detail on certain documents for those feeling lost with some of the diff form names.

TurboTax Messed Up

We prepared our 2019 tax returns using TurboTax (TT). TT said that we would not get a refund, but actually owed $1,200+ more. We filed the TT-prepared return and paid the extra amount that TT said we owed by electronic transfer from our bank account. The return filing and payment were made thru TT according to its directions. Two days ago we received an IRS 'Notice CP14' stating that we owe even more $$ for 2019 taxes plus penalties and interest. We want Intuit to honor your pledge that TT does the tax correctly and that you will make it right if there is an error.

Easy to use with good tax help, but...

Finding program to use takes research, but once one figures that out then just matter of clicking through questions to come up accurate return. But, if you make a mistake, its not so easy TT gets complicated with the Amended Returns and then your orginal file isn't ever finalized, making it look incomplete in your program.
