Tubo tax needs some work

Printing hard copy before filing is still not easy and seeing the final return before printing takes some skill as web instructions are misleading
Also only the fine print indicates that additional cost for state e-file
Spend 3 hours on the phone with Tech and they posted a credit but could not get it applied to the return Kudos to Maria tech support who never gave up I did

I find it very easy to use, It ask you all the questions and you fill in the blocks. Use it over and over and it transfers most of the items you need. Great product.
