For the average taxpayer, Turbo Tax is wonderful. They hold your hand all the way and are always double checking for any exclusions or errors.

TurboTax is great BUT I'm disappointed this year

I've filed with TurboTax as an automatic customer for years. The 2020 TurboTax did NOT have our prior year files, and I had to re-enter everything.

I think this process could be alot simpler by just asking the person what tax form they have and based on that the program should ask relevant questions.

Good but could be better

At the point of electronic filing, a prompt to correction to enter Employer Zip Code was provided. I had no W2 employer for tax year 2020. I am also tired of having to go through the payment process to purchase eFile for North Carolina also late the the filing process. Please just offer that option when I purchase TT initially.
