Terrible

When I finished my Federal taxes choosing NYS pension it went on to my NYS state tax and said I owed which was incorrect as we don't pay taxes on our NYS pensions. Thankfully it wasn't my first time using this program..because there were no answers to correct it...However I did find a gentleman that had a solution...I went back and choose Gov instead and it worked. Well today I got on to finish them and did update and went back to select the correct Pension NYS...and it was gone....I spent good money for this program and it was very frustrating doing my taxes...I may change to HRblock next year, my friends use that and have no problems.

TURBO TAX IS GREAT!
