First time I've used TT. Always had an Accounting Firm do our taxes.
Lots of steps to go through, but extremely well laid out, with good instructions on the more complicated entries.

2020 harder than all the prior years I have used

The 2019 program was currupted during updates, so lost. Not the biggest problem but contacted Turbo Tax/Intuit to download my 2019 so that I could make comparisons. Didn't work so now don't know why I owe so darn much Federal tax with much less income in 2020.

Good job and easy to use, except...

The page that showed calculation for TOTAL deductions did not show the $300 deduction for my charitable deduction as one of the items in the total. So, the total was inexplicably $300 more than the items that shown: x+y equalled x+y+300. Had to call one of the TurboTax CPA's to find out why.

For decades, I have used TurboTax for my tax returns with full satisfaction.
