confused over failed return

I received a message that my state return failed to be accepted. I have tried to follow your instructions but I have no idea if I corrected it and resubmitted it correctly.....something about an extra form required for CA after 2/4/21. I don't know what I am doing. I hope this went OK. Not happy about having these issues because I filed early....Too confusing...Maybe I'm going to get another failed to accept again. Who knows?????

Use Turbo Tax Every Year Since 1997

I enjoy the ease of using Turbo Tax Deluxe and have used since 1997. The ability to switch between step-by-step and forms is very useful. The help is always useful as well.

Difficult to use and slow to load

I have used Turbo Tax every year since 2006, usually the online version. This is the worst experience I have ever had and I do not intend to ever use the download or CD version again. This version loaded slowly, needed re-prompting several times, always needed updates which further slowed the start-up. Very frustrating.

Education 529 Forms

Good overall, 529 Forms and 1098-T were confusing and I had to go to Forms to edit the information correctly. It was not recognizing my daughter as a full time student even though I selected in the walk through process.
