once data entered love autofill

program drops from screen and has to be retrieved from the taskbar after every "calculation".
program is great for speed, auto prompts and accuracy.

i used h and r block last year, it was a mess , will never use them again, did a lousy job, forgot credits and more

E-file is a fail

There was an issue with the AGI. I have never e-filed, it was rejected with no means to correct except with an IRS transcript. This is unfortunate that I paid for TurboTax and cannot e-file.

Two years in a row that I have a rejected state refund after they charge me $20 efile. And I have to mail it in, will be trying something new next year. Very frustrating losing money after already paying for their product
