I've used Turbo Tax for many years. I had more trouble this year. Just starting was very hard. The process was confusing.

Up to date but wish discounts for seniors

Always updated promptly including the Recovery Rebate Credit form which I needed this year. Being a senior I prefer keeping my tax info on my computer so it would be nice if I could get a discount when purchasing TurboTax CD. Also a senior discount on the state filing charge would be a plus!

TurboTax is too slow

The program takes too long to load. It takes too long to switch between returns. It prompts to save the file when it has already been saved and no changes have been made since the save.
The program should let you specify a return before checking for updates. If updates are applied, the program should leave a pop-up to look at changes while loading the return.
The program could load faster if you architected it to load mandatory modules and adding other modules in the background. If the user needs a module that hasn't already been loaded, tell them you need to load it and tell them to wait or do something that doesn't require missing modules.
Make your loading comment more useful, i.e. show us some useful tips.
