been using Turbo Tax for the last 16 years. I have never had a problem with it. Plan to keep using Turbo Tax for the next 16 years.

Turbo tax is Great and easy to use

It makes preparing my taxes easy and less stressful. The Great part about Turbo Tax is that it reminds me about outstanding documents needed to complete my current taxes using last year's tax information.

2020 Tax Return Rejected Due to Turbo Tax Error

My Federal and Two state returns were rejected after 18 days due to a Turbo Tax software error. I should get a refund of my purchase price from Turbo Tax

Ability to transfer info seamlessly year to year is a welcome feature. Trust in process. Only problem I have is with inflexibility when moving around the forms.
