Cumbersome & Not Intuitive

I am a Turbo Tax customer for more than 20 years. The 2020 edition is the most difficult edition to navigate in all these years. I was required to make a wash correction. After several frustrating attempts I finally found the answer with no help from the TT software. The final check before filing kept showing an error but would not let me make the correction and would not let me file electronically. When I tried to import data from 2019, I received a message the information could not be found. I had to re-enter the information manually. I am also experiencing problems with printing only select forms. Kiplinger's March addition rated tax return software and TT was rated expensive. I will consider another tax software for 2021.

Excellent Federal, Good State

Turbo Tax does the Federal forms with excellence. The state forms leave a little to be desired. I found it difficult to navigate through some of the Minnesota state forms. I do understand that with 50 states to contend with, it may not be possible to have as polished a user interface as the Federal interface gives me.
